Hi Dani, great news-work order #9553017 for no air coming out of the vents has been completed. Please let us know if the airflow is working properly now! We'd love to hear how your recent maintenance service was. Could you answer a couple quick questions?

1. On a scale of 1 to 5, how satisfied are you with the maintenance service you received? (1 = very dissatisfied, 5 = very satisfied)

2. Any comments or feedback you'd like to share?

They haven't replaced it yet--still no air--the fan is just pushing around hot air

I didn't sleep well last night because of the hot air--my roommate was dizzy...Fix please

Can the maintenance team enter your apartment if you're not home to address the air conditioning and vent problems?

Heard your message and saw your e-mail

Glad they are going to work on it tomorrow and that you’ll let maintenance in if you and Theresa are out

Having A/C is important especially since Monday is a holiday

When you get home tomorrow check coolness and if not done get in touch with Jeff so he knows it has to be fixed tomorrow
