Home Depot (Uber) to Southport Truck Group & pick up truck—have Bill of Lading signed…

Drive truck to Davenport and have bill of Lading signed again…Then Uber home to Home Depot and go home.

I REALLY hope it’s THAT simple…

Yes, it was that simple—a little trouble with the air brakes—but was fixed when I asked for help.

It rained ALL DAY. I got caught in it walking from where I parked the truck to where I had to walk for shelter…Sopping…But the Uber eventually got there—after I got a call from Draiver that he was on his way.

It was a good ride home—the 55 miles there and home—I got all my paperwork done.

I also dried out a little bit on the hour ride back to Home Depot.

He followed my directions instead of the GPS and found my van on the first try.

He drove a little to cautiously for me—there was a yellow flashing light and cars coming to a stop from the other direction—I think he should have turned. But he was nice. 👍

I drove the 11 miles home and am now watching the news AGAIN.

I get to meet my new roommate at 5pm at the mailboxes—they’re covered. Umbrella?
