US—Theresa & Me (#962)

Me & Theresa are getting along well. I’ve taught her a few things—like to throw things in the trash with tips on…This afternoon she made beans and was putting them in a bag to throw out—I stopped her. I took the bag a poured it into the sink with mulcher. Get rid of it—but the right way.

She took a nap early in the afternoon while I was still in the common room watching TV 📺 Later I turned off the TV and closed the shades and went into my room—this is after the wash I did after the two dishwasher washes I did. I pulled out of the dryer my four pillow covers and put them on in my bedroom—then I went to take a nap.

After the nap I put up my big pillow and my emoji backstop pillow and have been watching something that I didn’t really want to. But, I didn’t feel like watching the news anymore—I’ve covered everything I need. Trump is dumb and he has no ideas 💡 Or his ideas are for the rich and well connected—Even the Republicans are looking at him funny and one person interviewed said outright he should resign. If she hadn’t voted for Trump 3 times and been disillusioned (maybe) then I’d be on the same side??

The Grand Prix came to Washington DC today. One man said Trump was out of touch but loved the racing…

Then there’s the reflection pool. He tried to blame its demise on a normal American—one who won a metal in the Olympics—it could have been he and his security cars driving the length of the pool? The Beast is 100,000 pounds and there were more than one car driving. The fact that the taxpayers get the bill for his no-bid contract to a Mara-Lago friend probably had nothing to do with it…

I could do a whole paragraph on Congress and why this one isn’t or doesn’t work. I hope Mike Johnson loses his gavel—and his congressional seat.

The primary voting is almost over. The Democrats are putting up good numbers—we need 4 and to hold the seats we have…Trump ruined himself in Texas by getting rid of Cornyn and getting behind scandal ridden Paxton. Talarico will win. One down 3 to go.

Nixon in Florida for Senate and Jolly for Governor?

I can dream—can’t I?

At least the pillow guy lost his primary for governor—he had Trump’s backing too.

The rest of the afternoon was calm—we both stayed in our rooms.

I’m going to eat dinner…A sandwich 🥪
