Not Today & Labor Day Weekend (#980)

Not today:

I was supposed to go out about 8:45am to catch a 9:27am Zifty—I cancelled it at 3:14am. I realized that even though it was worth $102 that the 22 miles I had to drive to get to Bonefish Grill.

And the miles inbetween and home…

I could have gone out this morning to Spark—I was up early enough.

I will go out tomorrow??? If the flesh is willing.

Labor Day Weekend:

I struck today and I wouldn’t get paid until Monday or Tuesday anyway…I can still go out and Spark Saturday and/or Sunday???

Today the new AC system will be put in—I want to be here and feel that air when it first comes off.

Theresa got a portable AC unit put in last night—I didn’t take one—plus, if truth be told, I couldn’t have—I have things up against my window—ALSO I didn’t want it and knew I’d get the hot box.

I’m glad I kept my door closed because of the smell—but mad I had to!!!!

Theresa obviously doesn’t think about the smell.

Hopefully once the new AC unit is put in I won’t have to worry about air again like last week—this had happened last week and they finally decided to take the whole system and fix it…

I paid extra for my fan to be on for almost 48 hours straight—and me keeping my door closed with the smell until I was ready to come into the common room…
