The Rest Of The Day

The rest of the day was calm. They started out with Rhythm of the Night—it brought back SO MANY memories…Other good music. All 80s on 8 (Sirius XM)—There is a dud of a movie on Hallmark…At 6pm I’ll watch The Weekend—with the 4 talking heads—this time about one shooting in at Brown (Ivy League) (Providence, RI) classroom and a massacre on Bondi Beach in Sydney Australia…12 killed 40 hurt and they were just trying to celebrate the first night of Hanukkah on the beach.

I’m Jewish—if it were in America it would be an even bigger deal.

I’ve stayed in today after my 4 Sparks this morning—2 good movies…

I took a Nurvive then tried to lay back down. It feels like pins and needles—I need to do another file of Balance???? I’m up to number 3 after 10 and 10.

The Chiefs we’re just eliminated from contention…Mahones was hurt.

The Buccaneers lost to the Falcons 29-28. (They can usually pull those off!!!) 7-8 You guys are going in the wrong direction…

I worked this morning—so the afternoon has been pretty chill—music and maybe TV.
