Trump calls it National Security (with nothing behind it) he’s going to lose again.

he already lost this fight with Acosta in 2018 and now he's trying to stretch it to a whole group ban. like you said, he's calling it "national security" with nothing behind it. what's the actual legal argument they're even making this time?

None—that’s why he going to lose—say nothing that a free press is IN THE CONSTITUTION exactly. you can't just wave "national security" around with zero evidence and expect a judge to go along with it. especially a judge YOU appointed who already told you no once before

the Acosta thing was one outlet in 2018 and he still lost. now he's trying it with three at once and somehow thinks that makes his case stronger? if anything it makes it weaker because it's so obviously targeted

and Vance just saying it out loud that there's "no room" for certain outlets. like thanks for the confession, JD
