Jimmie Kimmel Coming Back

Carr lost in his move to get Kimmel off the air by mentioning him by name…The President went farther—he said Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers are next—he keeps talking about their bad ratings—WHICH ISNT TRUE

NBC has been able to stay above the frey…

Comcast has not had a deal that the President needed to weigh in on—or the FCC. The Peacock is unfazed—and has not bent the knee like ABC or CBS—each which needed the President and FCC needed to weigh in on their deals.

Unfortunately it gets worse—Sinclair has made it clear that Kimmel will not be going back to ALL their stations—They own a lot of stations.

And their deal could help put them in charge of 80% of stations—they need the FCC to okay the monopoly that is over 39% They want you to watch only what they want you want to watch—the 1st Amendment takes a major hit.

Last year the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that the government had no right to put its nose in certain things—Freedom of Speech being one of those things.

It’s what makes Americans American—our right to descent or protest—non violently…

We have to watch out for the President who says we can only have free speech as long as we say what he wants to hear…This is wrong.

It doesn’t follow the Rule of Law or the Constitution.

On the upside—there are more of us then them—the Oligarchs rule—but there can be and is pushback—and this administration balks if there is enough of it…

We are in an Authoritarian state—the President rules by fiat—what he says goes—but he can’t always get his ducks in a row—incompetence rules the day—every day. The President tweets something out and we’re all supposed to follow it? His whims—A King—A Dictator who will do ANYTHING to stay in power—even cheat—we know he lies—he’s been fact checked…

I’m glad that Kimmel is back on the air tonight and his people working for him still have jobs.
