Waited an hour in my van…

Had to wait until 10:46am to see order.

They asked me about 3 minutes early.

Put 3 boxes into cart…

Cart fell over twice—1st time righted with arm

2nd got out of van and righted cart.

201 N Franklin was around the corner from where I parked. Also, only stairs—someone asked to help me and I took it.

Then escalater was only way up…Man at security desk showed me how to get up elevator and go around to the right block of numbered elevators.

Found office.

Had to knock on door—locked.

Brought to large table area where I went to open boxes—she said leave in boxes—took picture a minute late and wrote to Zifty—everything fine.

As I was leaving woman gave me many cuts of paper towel because one of the containers had come open…

Got downstairs and back down the stairs and around the corner…I left. 18 minutes home. 🏠
