I’m just glad I didn’t fall on my hands—I stopped myself—that would’ve hurt

Sunday: out at 6:10

Didn't get the one from Home Depot until 7:25--they open at 8

And for all the ones I missed they gave me 5 seconds to get it

Usually a minute

My knees are still a mess...

Tonight when I go home I'll take ibuprofen instead of Melatonin

Yesterday I needed the rest

Today I'll actually take care of my knees

He let me in as early as I could go

So my timing is right this morning

Going home after 1 Spark

It was the perfect morning—

I got up early and waited some time

I got the Home Depot exactly when I thought I would—and because I had waited they gave me a good one with 4 stops and it be worth something

I’m home now and my knees still hurt

But it’s a lot better than yesterday

Doing 5 Sparks actually helped with the pain because I kept moving

Falling asleep was harder—that’s why I took a Melatonin (2) gummies

When I woke up this morning I was ready to go out—couldn’t use my normal work shorts because they had blood on them—found another pair with pockets!!!!
