Talking to Mom about Spectrum

My Spectrum went out for over 2 hours—I needed to reactivate because their files don’t have me in them…My Spectrum went out for over 2 hours—I needed to reactivate because their files don’t have me in them…After talking to 6 different people—a tech got involved and turned it on after being on hold for over a half hour—I was going to take a nap

When this happened last week she restarted the TV in 10 minutes—this time I had to give my name and address 6 times

Life can be very aggravating
