I was in the normal nursery at Michigan and that’s when they diagnosed me with ADHD—it can’t actually be diagnosed—it a neurodivergent way of learning…I’d talk a lot—interrupt and when I moved to California (7-17) they put me in the front of classrooms so I would pay attention…
My attendance was perfect—anything I needed to know I learned in class—I rarely did homework until high school…
In 8th grade I didn’t follow my classmates and went to a private school—remember Edgewood Eagles—it comes up later
9th grade I moved back to my planned high school and 10th grade too (these people had known me since 2nd grade)
I retook 10th grade when I moved to Louisiana and then went to 11th grade in the all girls private school.
My Senior year we moved to Wisconsin and I graduated there—only one year late…
Kids with ADHD sometimes don’t finish. I had a good support system—my teachers and my parents!!!! And again—I VERY RARELY missed a day of school.
Once I graduated I tried a semester in a private college—I didn’t last long and no tennis 🎾
It was also called Edgewood with Eagles as the mascot—just like the 8th grade…
In January 2001 I started driving professionally…
I didn’t try school again until 2003-2006. I ended up with an Associates degree in Graphic Design.
I passed the test to sell insurance in 2023—but let it lapse in 2025.
One more try—Computers & Programming but I didn’t finish—I attended EVERY class by computer but couldn’t pull it together…
In 2022 I did 58 Ziftys and started doing Roadies in 2019. In 2025 I did 171 gigs.
Early 2025 I started driving gigs for Walmart (always with RoadWarrior.biz in the background)
If you go back and read Sparks; Roadies & Ziftys then you can catch up…
Each and every thing mentioned here in this blog was a learning experience—never stop learning!!!
